| Hot Dogs - | Steamed & grilled on-site...you want small, medium, large or foot-long? We can do that. Everything from plain to chili dogs, with cheese and onion, slaw dogs, Chicago style, Polish and more. |
| Bar-B-Que - | This is no canned que, this is cooked low and slow by professional pit masters. Pulled pork with a touch of smoke served with our own sweet red, tangy white & hot vinegar sauces. |
| Catfish - | Farm raised catfish fillets cooked on site in our custom fryers. Cooked to a golden brown with our exclusive corn meal breading. Served hot with our tangy homemade tartar sauce. |
